This renovated vintage beach cottage seeks to host small families, couples and traveling friends of up to 6. The kitchen has everything you need to eat in or use the grill for a cookout. The master queen bedroom has a private full bathroom with stall shower. The guest room is a queen with use to the full bath tub/shower combo in the hallway. Two luxury twin inflatable mattresses are kept in the living room coffee table storage trunk for additional sleeping complete with bedding.

House Rules

Awave from it all is located in the Laguna Beach division of Panama City Beach with a private community access just a three short minute walk from the cottage. Please note this is a residential neighborhood and as a general common courtesy we ask no loud outside happenings past 10pm.

The outdoor shower to the side of the house is the perfect spot for rinsing off what bits of the beach traveled back to the cottage during your visit. We also ask that the furniture not be used with wet bathing suits or towels to avoid potential water stains or discoloring of the covers.

Internet: All guests are welcome to use the high speed internet. However, please avoid any illegal downloading or streaming on the ISP as they can trace IP addresses and implement legal consequences.

Age Requirement: Reserving guest must be at least 25 years of age

Early Check In: For guests seeking an early arrival they may pay a fee of 100.00 in advance for a check in no earlier than 1pm.

Parking: There is side street parking in front of the cottage, enough to accommodate up to 2 large size vehicles such as a Truck or SUV.

No pets are allowed, if you are caught with a pet you will be asked to leave the house immediately with no refunds and charged an additional pet fee. We ask any guest with service or companion animals please message us before booking for determination. No emotional support animals or therapy animals are void of our pet policy.

The space
Between the beds, sofa, chairs and porches there's plenty of places to relax with your friends and loved ones. The large fun and funky covered porch off of the dining room is the perfect spot to take in the evenings and converse with company. The layout of this home best suites 4 adults and comfortably can dine and seat 4 adults both inside and on the outdoor covered porch. Booking this cottage allows for much needed R&R, while still offering all the modern conveniences - with Roky smart tv's in each room guests can enjoy all their streaming accounts also available is a DVD/VCR player and WiFi. You can sit back and enjoy your favorite media as you prepare for or relax from a great day at the beach!

**Please note this is a non-smoking property, both inside and out. We strongly advise all guests to abide by these rules or fines will be imposed.***

**Please Note we are also NOT pet friendly, which includes ESA (emotional support animals) pets which are not recognized by the ADA as legitimate service animals and do not overrule a private property pet policy as noted in State of Florida legal statutes***

Additional notes
Storm and Hurricane Policy: In the event that there is an impending storm refunds and cancellations will not be issued unless the Bay county emergency team issues a mandatory evacuation. Refunds will only be issued on those nights in which mandatory evacuations are mandated.

We are not pet friendly if caught with a pet you will be subject with a 500.00 fine and asked to leave the property or kennel the animal for the remainder of the stay. Any service animal stays must be disclosed to the host prior to arrival.

There is a NO Smoking policy in place meaning not inside or outside the property boundaries of the cottage. Please advise the front porch camera will alert the representing host if rules are broken. It is strongly encouraged only non-smoking guests book this home, thank you in advance.

Neighborhood overview
The white sands, bright sun and warm waters of Laguna Beach are just a block away (short 3 minute stroll), great for splashing around with the kids, sunbathing with your friends or taking a romantic walk with that special someone. Just around the corner lies The Carousel a local grocery store, Thomas Donuts restaurant and souvenir shop within about a block from the cottage. More entertainment is just minutes down the road at Pier Park, a massive shopping and entertainment hub that offers plenty of amazing ways to spend an afternoon.

Just east a few miles of the cottage lies the heart of Panama City Beach. In addition to more incredible beachfront to explore, you have access to amazing attractions like Ripley's Believe It Or Not Odditorium, the scientific exhibits of Wonderworks, and the wildlife of Zooworld and Gulfworld. Here in town you can also go scuba diving and snorkeling, or catch an Uber to explore the area!
Getting around
Beach, eatery and grocery’s with in walking distance, a vehicle is recommended for shopping and sightseeing.
