The spaceThis timeless cottage is just what the laid back beach seeker needs. There is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach in a golf cart friendly residential community so no heavy traffic to fight. This home has a wonderful screened in front porch for sipping down the sweet tea during conversation with friends, having your hand at the BBQ grill or enjoying a nice round of corn hole on the perma grass. We offer easy no frills living with all the basic modern hotel room accommodations! All the beds are new temperpedic memory foam mattresses and all the windows have room darkening curtains for sleeping off those late night walks on the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked for everything needed for casual dinners in. Full size washer and dryer on site also as well as WiFi and flat screen tv’s in both queen rooms, none currently in the master. The queen bedrooms only have Netflix or if you have anyone applications such as Hulu or Amazon prime your welcome to use them.

Guest accessThis is a whole house rental that has a large two car driveway with a grass play/game area in the front and a small fenced back yard for the four legged companion should he accompany you to the beach. There will be no keys to worry about as we have a keyless entry door code to issue to each guest.
Additional notesGuest will be welcomed to a hotel room ready house! Please note- For guest comfort and ease should bring any items necessary for the beach (and if accompanied, pet items). IE: beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, Coolers, cabanas, pet bowls, pet beds, pet disposal bags for yard pick up, etc.
Storm and Hurricane Policy: In the event that there is an impending storm refunds and cancellations will not be issued unless the Bay county emergency team issues a mandatory evacuation. Refunds will only be issued on those nights in which mandatory evacuations are mandated.
Early check in: For requests of an early check in guests may pay a 100.00 early bird fee in advance for getting their vacation started sooner. No requests earlier that 1pm will be allowed.
Age requirement: The reserving member of the party must be at least 25 years to age to book.
Internet Usage: No illegal downloading or streaming is allowed on our internet, the logged in devices can have their IP addresses tracked during these fraudulent activities and may be subject to legal consequences per the local Internet Service Provider.
Dog Policy: there is a 100.00 non-refundable deposit on ANY and ALL reservations that will have a dog. If we are not told you have an animal we will find out and it will be taken from your security deposit, please be upfront. In the event there are damages from the pet you will be charged accordingly.

Neighborhood overviewOspreys Sunset is located in the Sunnyside neighborhood on the west end of PCB. It is a residential neighborhood one of the few who still allows golf carts if you wanted to rent one.
Getting aroundThe beach is within walking distance to the house, however a car is recommended for getting around. Our community is golf cart friendly, you are welcome to rent one through a third party or bring bikes with you for strolling to the beach or casual riding.
