The recently restyled spacious penthouse corner condo overlooking the 18th fairway boasts three large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms in a spacious 1685 sqft. Affectionately named the 'Caddyshack Condo, ' guests will step into a classic comedic movie-themed condo with all things inspired by the sport. The Caddyshack, #331, will add delight to your golf vacation in a twist of eclectic country club fun featuring your favorite Hollywood stars, Chevy, Bill, and Rodney! The Residences offer a private gated entrance, community pool, and spacious parking if also towing a boat for the launch a mile down the road.

Not a golfer? Bring the boat; the Lanark Village public boat ramp is one mile down the road (boat parking is available at the condo). Also, many more amenities await our guests, such as the pool at the condo and the golf clubhouse, which has a fantastic restaurant that recently added an outdoor pavilion featuring live music weekly. 

This resort has lots to do; check out our social media pages for monthly tournament info, 5k's, charity events, holiday parties, and so much more! Guests have access to the entire space minus a few owner's closets. We live semi-locally but are available via text or phone during your stay. 

St James Bay Golf Resort is an absolute golfers paradise. This 18-hole Robert Walker-designed course was constructed with strategy and grit while golfers navigate the beautiful Florida wetlands along golf cart paths. Also, St. James Bay is the only designated Audubon Signature Sanctuary in the area that makes you one with nature. Past the unique golfing experience, the Caddyshack Condo offers a pool designated solely for the condos on site. The purchase of a guest membership from the pro office provides access to the club side pool, kids pool, gym, tennis, and pickleball courts. The onsite Crooked River Grill and Bar serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and will not disappoint! It is the most sought-after meal in the Carrabelle area, offering high-class meals at an affordable cost. The resort is 4 miles to Carabelle, 20 miles to Eastpoint, 25 miles to Appalachicola, and 26 miles to St. George Island. Walking to the St. James Bay clubhouse is about a half-mile walk; otherwise, a vehicle will be necessary to tour the Forgotten Coast towns.
