Nestled in the heart of Laguna Beach on Panama City Beach’s coveted west end, this delightful cottage has been lovingly restored and is ready to be your family’s next vacation haven. With the beach just a stone’s throw away and a plethora of amenities within walking distance, this is the perfect spot for your family getaway. The grocery store and a donut shop are just a short walk away, and popular attractions like Pier Park and Frank Brown sports complex are a mere 3-mile drive. Guests will have access to the entire house. We do not have a backyard; it is our neighbor’s property and should be respected. It should only be used in an emergency. Please enjoy the nice manicured lawn for family and chill time. We are available by phone, text, or message anytime before, during, or post-booking. The white sands, bright sun, and warm waters of Laguna Beach are just a block away (a short 3-minute stroll), great for splashing around with the kids, sunbathing with your friends, or taking a romantic walk with that special someone. Just around the corner lies the Carousel, a local grocery store, Thomas Donuts restaurant, and souvenir shop within about a block from the cottage. More entertainment is just minutes down the road at Pier Park, a massive shopping and entertainment hub that offers plenty of excellent ways to spend an afternoon. Just east, a few miles from the cottage, lies the heart of Panama City Beach. In addition to more incredible beachfront to explore, you can access notable attractions like Ripley’s Believe It Or Not Odditorium, the scientific exhibits of Wonderworks, and the wildlife of Zooworld and Gulf World. While in town, you can also go scuba diving and snorkeling or jump on a charter boat and fishing! The beach, eatery, and grocery are within walking distance; a vehicle is recommended for shopping and sightseeing.

***A Vacation Rental agreement is required to be e-signed by guest after booking, important policies in the agreement listed below.***

Pet Policy:
One Dog is allowed up to 40 lbs. Dog Rules include: Keeping off beds and furniture, crated when left alone in the home, is supervised outside, and picked up after in the yard and/or neighborhood. Tenant pays the listing specified non-refundable pet fee per pet at least 30 days prior to check in if not paid at booking. If Tenant violates these rules, Tenant will be asked to vacate, and will comply without incident, without any refund of rents, deposits or fees, and will be responsible for any additional charges for damages incurred.

Booking/House Rules:
– Tenant must be 25 to rent Premises (any variance of this requirement must be disclosed and approved in writing by GCG at booking or signing of the contract) and must remain at home during the entire rental period. Codes will not be release to anyone but the reserving Tenant.
– There must be 1 Adult over the age of 25 for every 2 individuals under the age of 25 during the rental period. (any variance must be disclosed prior to booking and approved in writing by GCG)
– Tenant will not allow guests in excess of the listed maximum occupancy of Premises during rental period. Parties and/or events are not allowed during rental period. Commercial photography or Videography are also not allowed without prior written consent by GCG.
– There is no vaping or smoking allowed in the home, on porches, or balconies. Please seek the designated smoking area (if applicable). If Tenant violates this rule a fine of $500 will be charged to the credit card on file or a claim will be submitted if booked with a third-party online travel agency.

the hosts were very helpful and responsive when it came to a few questions we had throughout our stay. everything we needed was there for our stay. location was peaceful and great walking distance from the beach (you can even drive and park your car alongside beach). only cons we noticed were vents were a little dirty, and pillowcases were stained.

We will definitely be staying in the area again! Brit and her hubby were great hosts. When we first arrived, the lock did not work. They came within 10 minutes and had the problem fixed!

I want to start this off by saying Britt was awesome. The home is exactly as pictured with everything you need for an amazing beach trip. I’m giving this home an easy 5 out of 5 stars. However, I wish I had known that the back door opens up to another homes backyard (Britt’s place has no backyard but a beautiful front yard!). This small area is where the home behind Britt’s place has their seating (literally) right up against Britt’s kitchen window. This wasn’t an issue for the majority of our stay but for the last two nights, those neighbors became drunk and disorderly. Singing at the top of their lungs, demanding more alcohol, right outside our kitchen window. Your stay will likely not be the same as mine as it’s entirely dependent on who’s at the adjoining property but it was frustrating enough to mention. Overall, you’re renting this place for an amazing beach vacation which it’s perfect for. It’s a 5 minute walk to an amazing section of Laguna Beach (and Thomas’s Donuts)!
