Newly added to the rental market its calming colors and proper amenities will make all guests feel right at home! Wooden plantation style blinds decorate all the windows for complete privacy and room darkening effects. The kitchen is stocked and outfitted with stylish black stainless steel appliances. A large quartz breakfast bar makes meals and cleanup a breeze! The master king bedroom hosts a large closet and full ensuite bathroom with shower. The guest master also has a large closet and shares the hallway bathroom with the bunk room. The bunk room tv table doubles as a laptop friendly work space for catching up on things that simply don’t understand vacation. The bedrooms and the living room are all outfitted with new LED tv’s which offer either cable or Netflix.. This is a whole house rental. Our community is also one the last to be golf cart friendly, while we don’t provide one your welcome to bring your own or rent one locally. Pier Park is the highly sought after shopping and restaurant destination on the beach and just a quick 5 minute ride. Pier park also is home to the recently renovated county pier with fishing, sightseeing and sand available activities. Recent additions include a sky wheel and a helicopter sightseeing attraction. A car is recommended if you plan to sight see and shop in the general PCB area. Within walking distance from the cottage is a full service grocery store and a donut/sandwich place.
